You have some valid points and there is more here than meets the eye, but lawsuits? Who do you sue and what could be gained? Frivolous if you ask me.

This is an OTC stock and inherently there is risk. No one forces us to hit the buy button and smack dat ask lol. If you don't want to take the risk, don't buy it.

That being said, I've bought, and have no problem holding on. Vate has a mission. Vate has products for sale. Although I am not a fan of the current RTD coffe formula, I like all of the other products. Especially the whole bean CBD coffee.

There are too many factors affecting pps today to lay blame on anyone. Once our Country recovers from the Covid pandemic, and the politicians/FDA successfully remove their heads from their asses regarding CBD, I want to be sure I have first class tickets for the VATE TRAIN!
