Yes and according to the website, it takes 1-2 days, maybe up to a week.
Its going on three weeks. Maybe there is an issue? Does doc speak before he really knows what it takes to accomplish?

The board said that dr dalton said all he is waiting for is certification.and the United States government is supposedly giving instant approval for it.

Dr. Dalton told only a handful or maybe one person this info?
