What idiot would hire a 21 year old as CEO? This is the dumbest thing I have heard and sounds like it should be thrown out - even Tilton's signature looks fake - I can make a better fake signature than that - it is very shaky - Tilton could just say he didn't sign it, the contract is so ridiculous it is not even funny. Who would consent to giving all the social networks away to someone who is an at will employee.

Plus who makes a contract where only the person hired can decide when they are terminated? This looks like a contract written by 21 year old and filled out by a 21 year old. He was probably hired, but without any contract in place.
