It's a reduction in OUTSTANDING SHARES, not tradeable shares. If the 450M shares were reduced in the float, then "YES" the stock would rise. But the Outstanding Shares are not in the market.

It's still great news because people fear those A/S being dumped into the market at one point. But it's not "earth shattering" news, imho...

I want to hear about DEALS and SALES!!! That is what will drive the price of APRU...
