Namaste suggested that they would release year end today but technically they have until mid May. Q1 is normally due today but they can now delay for 45 days. Not all companies are utilizing the 45 day grace period. Some have got their s*** together and are on time.
Keep in mind that Q1 is generated internally and does not need an outside audit to be done . If I am correct that is only the year end.
So why would they need to use the 45 day grace period for Q1. They should release them both together. Enough delays and fumbling of financial reports.
