So it looks like it happened last Tuesday. I see this as Kenneth Le's idea--he knows his way around the culture and how to ensure support for KBL moving forward. Having lived 10 years in Asia, this is a legitimate move to shore up supply/help from the farmers, which in my book adds legitimacy to the fact that production should be starting up there soon.
