The energy sector is up what about over 30% in less than a month and many companies having to either sell their assets or hopefully get a buy out or merger are the only 2 options at this moment . I see this in my opinion as an excellent time to sell off their assets and and property . A merger is unrealistic for any big company to accept to receive input from the smaller companies.
