They already did it!

From yesterdays 10Q

Additionally, on February 14, 2020, the Company effected a reverse stock split on a basis of 1 new common share for every 100 old common shares.
The impact of these reverse stock splits has been applied on a retroactive basis.

But why they have not changed PPS from 0.0004 to 0.0400 too on February 14, 2020 ?
