There is no reason to file the 550 petition as trading suspension will come off automatically in 10 days .The SEC will probably take a week to respond and there is almost no chance of suspension coming off within these 10 days.
Unlike NoBorders, Berman does not intend to invest valuable time in this nonsense when he has lot of kits and money to make. NoBorders' petition shows that their business will be decimated by the suspension. DECN not so much.

Grey market is fine as long as there's progress towards EUA approval.
I tried trading NoBorders on grey market yesterday with a small amount with TDA and there was no issue. Did not need to call in.
We have a major news event in the horizon and tons of people waiting to buy in.
