John, I got the book" stock investing for dummies" . I find the books are helpful in getting the basic and stock lingo words down and better understand. I only started reading. the issuse is the book is 2015, or after, so the market today is much different . couple item I wanted to inquire even before I was going to get book, is to get a good solid long lasting stock that I can invest and grow. the next to be short term and the rest to be small interacting.
