Touching on what you just said here. IPKL does not need to have facility constructed, inorder to get systems out. That is more for the long haul. Bits and pieces of ipmine are being put together as we speak. Many components will be subbed out.
The manufacture facility will give IPKL much more control of the full world market, and more control of what they decide to manufacture or not. In China, its all at there finger tips.
