Interesting conversation with Sam Mathew, His name is on the Press release under contact Info.

He stated it was put on the press release in error but then answered a few questions. Yes there has been a delay because of the pandemic, They did buy the shell and they are actively acquiring companies. He also mentioned that they will be changing the name.

I find it interesting that he said We bought the shell like he is a partner or something. He also confirmed the legitimacy of the project. His main point was to give my number to someone and have them call me to answer my questions but I kept asking for confirmation that the deal was legitimate. He said that it is legitimate and it is early in the process.
