So lets say some sort of deal is in the works. Essentially they have prevented discover from converting shares and probably diluting until june 5th? Could they legally pay off discovers loan before then? Maybe this was the agenda? Is the deal based on a premium of the share price? PB, you seem to have the best understanding on the possible outcomes here. I got my cost down to 0.18/share, so with any sort of deal-licensing, i would be thrilled to get out here with a small loss-gain.
