Oh, I see. And it is cost-effective to load leached tailings full of cyanide onto rail cars, and ship them hundreds of miles to a treatment facility? Is that legal? What permits are required for shipping potentially hazardous waste? What permits are required for the treatment facility?

If it were in Arizona, I can tell you that it isn't legal. And the permitting would be expensive and a many years-long process. I bet Nevada is similar.

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
