Agreed but it just costs money to go to court. You can absolutely see why he did not disclose the process because RECAF itself is not patentable and the only value in the patent is the process itself.

There is only one thing that will increase the stock price and hold. That is money, whether it comes from Abbott or from another deal. It is all about money right now.
