The primary fact is that: Dr. Doki Has signed as CEO of Shemn Corp (SHNC), and Shemn Corp is now converted to Vitasprings Biomedical Co. LTD, (VSBC).

You stated Stan & Liz are "trying/waiting" to regain their name, and that FRINA is working with both sides to remedy the situation. If the old CLSI gets their name back, then the new CLSI will need a new name and symbol. You said so your self right?

IMO, "Quietly" Dr. Doki purchased CLSI, then released an 8/ka "Quietly" identifying himself as SHEMN CORP CEO, then "Quietly" R/M'd Hyperion into CLSI, and then went "Quiet" again through this pandemic. Then "Quietly" SHEMN CORP, releases an 8/k in April 2020 they have changed their company name from Shemn CORP (Ticker-SHNC) to VITASPRING BIOMEDICAL Co. Ltd, (Ticker-VSBC). These are all the "FACTS" I know for now.

Additionally, (IMO), every move made above, appears to identify Dr. Doki's movements or game-plan. I rely heavily on the term "QUIETLY". CLSI, If you go back and review all your past posts, you do identify; gaps in normal company to company purchase procedures, mistakes in the processes with Stan/Liz/Tony "Issues that are currently being ironed out", surprise 8/k-8/ka's and all the while, Dr. Doki has been moving forward acquiring International companies. Lot of people on this board keep complaining about Dr. Doki's "Quietness" right? I believe he has accomplished all these tasks right under everyone's nose!

These are just my observations. Something to ponder!!!
