ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE FOR TRO AND PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION. It is hereby, ORDERED that Defendant OWC Pharmaceutical Research Corp. ("OWCP") or its attorneys, show cause before this Court, telephonically on April 22, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, why preliminary injunction should not be issued requiring OWCP to: (a) rescind the Certification and Notice of Termination of Registration Under Section 12(g) of the Exchange Act or Suspension of Duty to File Reports Under Sections 13 and 15(d) of the Exchange Act that it filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on or about March 31, 2020 (the "Form 15"); and (b) timely file with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") all reports required by the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, including, but not limited to, OWCP's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2019 ("Annual Report") and Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2020; and it is further ORDERED that papers in opposition to this application, if any, shall be served on plaintiff's attorneys and filed with this Court on or before April 20, 2020 and it is further ORDERED that electronic service (via electronic mail) of a copy of this order and all papers upon which it was granted upon both OWCP's counsel, Dov Schwell, Esq., Schwell, Wimpfheimer & Associates, 37 West 39th Street, Suite 505, New York, New York 10018 (at [e-mail]) and OWCP' s Chief Executive Officer, Zvi Riterband ( at [e-mail]) on or before, April 8, 2020, shall be deemed good and sufficient service thereof.
