You chartists are so silly with their price predictions. Penny stocks are news driven, so if really bad news comes out this will never hit .20 if really good news comes out, it won't retrace to .15.

For every prediction I see that is right, I see 4 that are wrong. Chartists were saying just yesterday that this would move up today and its down, Can't even predict one day in the future let alone what may happen 3 mos from now.

CT said there was support at . 078 and we plummeted right thru that.

I think long term we can make alot of money with PCTL. That is MY prediction.
