Thanks for the reply. As you can see there are differing opinions on this curious share activity. However, either way it would appear the the INO pps is being artificially held back. When this disappears for whatever reason INO should take off upward. All that is needed is good news from the COVID vaccine trial or the Phase 3 and 2 cancer trials and all external factors will be blown away and an unresistable strong upward trend will take off, in my opinion.
