Hello All,

Brand new to this post. The Yahoo message board is exactly that - yahoo!!

As D-bol asked, I, too, would like to remain positive BUT wonder when there will be ANY?>!?!?!?! news to propel us in a sustained, positive direction?

Sorry D-bol, I have nothing to positively offer other than more questions/observations - even after emailing and faxing requests to our investor relations and general information contact peeps within SRNE. ZIP response from them even after multiple attempts....


Here are some additional questions / general observations if anyone can elaborate:

1. Odds are not in our favor that SRNE will have a "winner" in the COVID race - perhaps a long shot with Cellularity and/or some manufacturing outsourcing using SRNE's capacity - so this leaves us with its pipeline only.

1.5 We've been patient for years now; We are told results always coming in the "...next 1/4"

2. Rumors of a Chinese market IPO last year which fizzled (much prior to COVID scare) - what happened?

3. Listing on Hong Kong exchange I believe was also floated but nothing??

4. A continual search for employees (always 30-40 postings) for last couple years (does this tell me they can't retain employees which is very costly in itself...)? I did ask SRNE for last few years of total #'s of employees (which would tell me if they are actually growing.... but nothing). website says 310 total.

5. Total revenue way down since 2017 / operating exp. and losses way up since 2017.

6. Continued dilution of shares we own as new offerings come out of the blue to fund ongoing operations....to be honest, I am pleased we didn't get pounded with Alliance offering that happened this week. Whew!

7. Odd "offerings" at $5 and $7/share BUT stock price sits at $2.XX - this makes no sense. Should be at a floor of at least $5 IMO.

8. It's been almost a full year on website that there has been an update as to our Upcoming Events page -

10. Most important IMO due to its optics --- has anyone seen source for / any insider buying recently? One event that settled my mind shortly after I bought my initial chunk of this company around $5 / share (doh!!) was Mr. Ji himself had purchased a 2mm block of shares himself. ANY concerns w/ low institutional buying at < 18%?

So - my question to Board - Is there any insight to lumber along and stick with SRNE?
Please - let's remain PROACTIVE with proper business etiquette in responses!?
I am not a professional investor, accountant or broker but simply a person who thought he saw a promising product pipeline when opioids were killin' bunch o people a couple yrs back and thought SRNE approach and products could help solve this....
