OK EVERYONE read this today:
I know I have ragged on ARYC in past and delays from Mark, etc.. Stupid tweets and all the rest. But I am a small business owner, I hate BIG Government, Detest lobbyists and pocket puppet politicians too... and I hate to see any business get screwed wrongly out there by the very entities that say they are there to protect investors or others, when in fact, it is all being used as a major smoke screen to hide dubious things behind scenes to ruin that business...
As you know I have a customer retired from FDA as well as Dr./Scientist who for many years was in design/development of pharma drugs. I also have other folks including my wife, who is my office manager, with very in depth background in medical treatments, procedures, processes and she is fully aware of ARYC for years.
This SEC suspension better just be "needing more transparent investor information & update"... because, with ARYC having C.L.I.A. certification already with FDA, and they are/have been following FDA guidelines for Corona Virus fast-track results from FDA, the fact is, ARYC does and is the only legit lab who has an in-home test out there and they are/have been awaiting FDA final approvals to be able to market this.
This means, it seems ARYC has pissed off majors like LabCorp (NC based)and Qwest, the very two BIG pharma Labs President Trump touts because of Dr. Fauci and Dr. Birx advising him on results- both who are heavily in-bed with both of those and crooked with deep state mentalities regarding beaurocracy and favors which these larger labs are tied to and lobbyists for them, etc... Not very nice to see, and Mr. Trump needs to realize this or he has been duped into another trusting relationship to the very Deep State problems he has been trying to rectify for 3+ years in the US Government !
Right now I urge anyone to research Dr. Fauci's past and you will see he literally has "blood on his hands" in the Pharma world and how he got his position...
What I am saying, is not even the two large Pharmas you hear about every night in the Task Force briefings have a test, and they are embarrassed, but ARYC actually does and it is a home test and they in fact are the first and only ones to do so. What that means (for anybody), is a major pharmaceutical edge globally and power for whomever comes forward with such proven "home test" and able to market this. BIG pharma and its players do not want to see this for ARYC or any other "smaller lab", because it means they will lose "total" control in DC, have more competition from smaller labs, lower prices to consumers, and THEY just will not have it! So some very dirty sh!t indeed is going on with all of this, and right now, ARYC's Execs need to hire the top best attorney firm regarding this as well as securities laws, because the SEC cannot be trusted, and they are not biased as they want the public to think...
And as a small business owner myself, and millions of others out there all getting royal shaft by Steve Mnuchin's "small business SBA loan program", this Nation is about to explode in may ways, a major paradigm shift coming- and what we have written to US Treasury to Trump to Mnuchin on down regarding how pissed we all are to this scam SBA program ONLY befitting certain connected larger firms and favors, that in itself can put the US into a massive depression if this all gets blown up and not buried by special interests in that case- and the very same sh!t regarding ARYC but with Corona is now seeing similar things happen, whereas a couple major $$$ Pharma Players DO NOT want anyone else on top, they are behind this "attack" if you will regarding ARYC and its stock and company.
To add more insult to injury, many know I do hold some ARYC stock from couple years ago in my private managed portfolio, and today when I tried to place order with TD Ameritrade, we now receive message from them "they are not placing any orders regarding this company or ticker"... Very interesting, huh???
