Zero Reasons For Management To Purposely Delay Filings

If they/family/friends frontloaded and dumped that would have been early on. Need to stick within some kind of reasoning for the delay besides emotions. If they did dump shares then the virus/economy issues would have left the door open to start making excuses about their business. They did just the opposite of that.
