This is going to get very interesting. This entire time no matter what has been presented in the form of documentation taken directly from the submitted court paperwork there seems too be different interpretations of what has transpired. 2 years later and this still hasn’t been resolved. Share holders aren’t as stupid as some make it sound. There were a lot of shareholders that didn’t listen to the company has been liquidated and share holders get nothing camp. In fact till this day shareholders believe differently. Seems like 2 years should have been plenty of time to close out this simple bankruptcy case. I am in the other camp. I believe that this wasn’t a simple bankruptcy case and it was a restructuring of the Corporation and Bioamber still has value. I believe that 4.3 was part of what was negotiated and agreed upon. I can’t change my decision now so I will wait patiently for closure. Trying to convince the share holders that all the hrs of R&D, the physical assets and the intangibles such as the Intellectual property, NOL,s etc was given away for 4.3 million dollars doesn’t seem to be holding much water. The 1 great thing about this situation is the longs have a majority of the shares and know there is value. I can’t believe the amount of money that was wasted trying to convince us to sell our shares and yet we still have the majority of the shares. “Patience holds the key to unlocking the door to prosperity” This will be over and we will get closure sooner than later. Good things coming shortly and so good for shorty !!!!

patience is the key to the locked door to prosperity
