I know WHY AMBC pps is not going higher...

Everyone knows AMBC does not inform it's investors of sales every other week. Penny players are used to one PR pumping the price after another (which is fine as long as the news is true...)

But since that doesn't happen here the volume is anemic despite the tremendous potential for people to be chasing the price once news hits.

AMBC has consistently appeared on the BREAK OUT BOARDS under MOST READ sites. We are #38 today:

There are 1000's of penny stocks traders are trying to inform everyone about. But the eyes of most traders are only on a few popular stocks, or the NEXT popular stock.

Again, lots of eyes on AMBC that will then submit an order to BUY once news hits. Until then, they are jumping in/out of stocks that are being pumped now and don't mind paying an extra .05 of .10 per share once AMBC gets rolling. They know it will go to dollars...
