Yes they are. DB labs, NV. and Sensible Labs in Maine

As to your question any crop that pulls toxins out of the ground has to be closely monitored for carrying those toxins.

HEMP is a GREAT phytoremediator and as such needs to be tested in EVERY CHAIN OF CUSTODY.

Botany 101: Phytoremediation

Phytoremediation is just one of the many ways hemp has the potential to save the world. While not exclusive to the hemp plant, phytoremediation is nature’s way of vacuuming toxins, like chemicals and heavy metals, out of the soil and groundwater. In fact, through the process, hemp can absorb a wide variety of compounds from the soil including:

Heavy Metals
Radioactive Elements
Pesticides, Herbicides, and Fungicides
Explosives
Fuels

Essentially, through the process of phytoremediation, certain plants are Mother Nature’s ‘Magic Eraser’ – cleaning up the messes left behind by poor farming, industrial, and waste dumping practices. While some plants are better at it than others, there are three fundamental ways the process works:

That is why I have to submit Independent Lab Tests to my buyers of raw hemp flowers--and they TOO upon Processing for distribution..

Its complicated and unless you are in the BIZ--hard to understand--I am afraid I can't take the time to review it all. You can researh it.

Oh and neither can BRUCE the FAKE KING OF HEMP, cause he doesn't know, care of give a crap about his investors.

Two very different approaches, I like mine better.
