there is no transparency here. UATG could have booming sales (2-5 million) just looking at historical sales growth. He could be keeping it silent making a huge salary. then move everything to newco where he owns majority or even super majority

by his own statements the products are incredible so there is choice of what is true-

1) sales can NOT be made even though Umbra says they are great

or

2) sales are being made as supported by Umbra says they are great but profits are being paid to him as compensation/loans/whatever

-THE KEY QUESTION ON #1 IS WHY CONTINUE TO WORK IF THERE NO FINANCIAL BENEFIT FOR UMBRA?

IMO most people work for at least some financial benefit
