Hey BB,

I was just taking a look at HWIN. I see they just raised $2.5MM through the sale of Warrants. They posted the D filing just today and the 8k with the details a few days ago.

I’m still new when it comes to understanding warrants. I looked for the “strike price” but could not figure it out.

Are the warrants a concern at this point or actually a good thing?

I honestly don’t grasp the full implications of warrants but assume they can be dilutive (in a bad way) in some circumstances.

All insight is greatly appreciated.
