Is anyone having trouble getting thier orders filled at .004 ? I've had a limit order since Monday that hasn't been filled, not even partially, yet I see there have been many .004's sold, I'm using TD for this buy so maybe it's the app or there'salot of buyers lined up at .0004?

I already have been accumulating shares (average price of .00045) but am still looking to add more at these levels.
