looks like tvmd has been making money moves for past couple of months in the process of the merger that was filed today. 167 mil os and maybe less than that actually. .33 high last year. very little debt on books and very little convertible debt. looks like a straight winner. short covering could take it to .10-.20 based on that high volume decline from .33 last year.
