Alex is an entrepreneur who has founded and participated in a variety of successful ventures. Among his companies are Sky City School for foreign exchange traders and Five Star Productions, a talent management, commercial, and training video producer. His international finance experience stretches from Asia, Europe, South America, and to the former Soviet Union.
Andrei OsichnukCOO, Co- Founder (Los Angeles)
Andrei has an extensive international banking background. He founded the Central European Bank and consulted with several financial institutions in Zurich, Budapest, and Prague, successfully raising capital for projects in Ukraine, Russia, and Canada. Andre’s entrepreneur ventures include computer manufacturer and assembler, Atakam, with facilities in Ukraine and in Los Angeles, and Asterforce, Inc., a dietary supplement distribution company. Andrei has a masters degrees in applied mathematics and in computer science.
Jim DavidsonChief Financial Officer (Los Angeles)
Jim has owned and operated a number of businesses in varying industries since 1995. He has an MBA from Rice University. Jim is a sought-after speaker, teacher, consultant, forensic accountant, author, and entrepreneur. Jim is the founder of Individual Sovereign University and its chancellor since 2009. He has been involved in business planning and financing for over 200 small businesses, and collectively raised in excess of $600 million.
