One can not put Bush, Obama, and Trump in the same category.

Bush/Hank administration was not sure about how much was too much in terms of lawlessness. So they were cautious.

But when it came to Obama administration it was total lawlessness with no fear. Everything was done in secrecy under the cover of national security.

Trump administration is least harmful to FnF and not tried any new lawless things.
