Why is this WARNING NOTICE on VPLM's Banner page? I guess there are some concerns.
WARNING

-VPLM has ZERO Revenue

-VPLM continues to sell shares in order to pay for litigation

-VPLM has added 600M shares in the last year

-VPLM's case has been dismissed in the United States

-VPLM's CEO has a history of frivolous lawsuits

-VPLM is the definition of a patent troll play

-VPLM insiders are lining their pockets with share offerings at $.003 and $.004 disguised as a "dilution clause"

-VPLM has paid stock bonuses to the tune of $15M+ for "performance"

My opinion is just my opinion and not a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
