Interesting development. Harvest Health, who acquired Have a Heart dispensaries a few months back, is now selling them to Hightimes. Sounds like they will be rebranded as Hightimes dispensaries upon completion of the transaction.

Hightimes is getting ready to go public and has big plans for expansion in California. Hopefully NGW will expand their products to all the Hightimes dispensaries as they open new locations.
