Part 2: Paradigm Convergence Technologies Corporation

Day Two of our due diligence trip started at 8:00. After getting ready, my son and I drove across the street to the Waffle House and had a Sausage, Egg and Cheese grit bowl (forgot how good grits were) which we consumed in the car (take out only) before the 2 hour trip to the PCTC facility.

We arrived a little before 11:00 in the morning and Bill Prince was finishing up some work before our meeting.

Once done, Bill sat down with my son and I and we had an honest discussion about the company’s past, as well as the company’s current operations and future plans. As he knew I was interested in a distributorship, about half way into the meeting he turned the tables on us.

The second half of the meeting was more of an interview to see if I had what it took to be a distributor for PCTC. What I soon found out is that a distributors agreement is not just a matter of signing up, paying a fee and selling the product(s). They are looking for highly motivated people that are willing to make a commitment to play by the rules and grow the business.

Bill stressed on more than one occasion that anyone representing the company must follow the guidelines set out by the company as well as the EPA in regards to operations and advertising. Anyone applying to be a distributor should have a solid business plan in place before they would be considered (1 Star).

At that point I did not have a business plan on paper. All I had was a blueprint for my store/shop, brochures for a handheld electrostatic fogger and backpack fogger that I wanted to build in the USA and I verbally relayed my plan of attack. I am assuming on my part that I was successful in conveying my plan verbally as the conversation then turned to requirements to register with the EPA and associated costs for becoming a distributor and setting up the required equipment.

When the meeting was finished, I was given a tour of the facility including the production room where multiple units were installed, lab area, assembly and electrical room and the storage/warehouse facility.

I had a chance to see some legacy production units as well as some of the new rack mounted units.

There were multiple Annihilyzer units in various stages of assembly and rows of totes ready for shipment.

All in all, I was very impressed by the company, the people and the operation. PCTC is not only a going concern, it is a growing concern and I am looking forward to being a part of that growth both as an investor and as a distributor.

Two day total: 5 Stars

In "Part 3" I will give you a look around Colorado Springs, the store front I will be setting up and the opportunities I see for growing a business with Paradigm Convergence Technologies Corporation. If your in the Colorado area, let me know so I can send you an invite for a sneak peak before the opening.

Part 3: Paradigm Convergence Technologies Corporation coming soon… stay tuned.
