In my study Bible I came across this----got the ole brain in gear---hope it speaks to you also

Prayer doe not always change our situation, but it should always change us.......In prayer we bring our anxieties to an all-wise, and loving, and all-sovereign God, and we ask Him why these things have happened and how we can cope. His answer never changes: This world and its answers will never be enough-----Only He is enough.

God Bless and enjoy this Tuesday which the Lord has given you---Tis a good day to count a few of your blessings instead of troubles---self-pity is not a good thing when we have so much to be thankful for....Maybe you think I am full of it, well that's ok, I don't mind, but take a second and look close by and you will find those who are way worse than you. Each of us is truly Blest
