BTW, a pennyticker doesn't drop to the gray market if it is nott traded for four CONsecutive days. Many dead pennyscams don't trade for WEEKS and aren't on the gray market.

The test is whether a ticker is nott QUOTED for four CONsecutive days. There must be four CONsecutive trading days with no QUOTE by a MM.
