Publicly traded, SEC-filing companies are supposed to be truthful enough, transparent enough, and compliant with the rules enough so that common investors can make reasonably informed decisions. You shouldn't have to visit the mine and take your own samples to make decisions. Or rely on insider information leaked by the CEO and certain of his buddies.

Where are the technical reports, the 3-Modeling, the full drilling results? And why can't the CEO follow simple SEC reporting rules?

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
