Unfortunately, if an IRA was used, it would have been stated loudly and proudly by 115, many times since the question was first posed. That is obvious and any attempt to use that narrative now will just be because that cover has been provided, not because there is any truth to it.

Not to mention that the facts regarding the number of shares bought and sold remain the same.

Also, per Motley Fool, “If you sell a stock inside an IRA at a loss, you don't get that benefit.”(tax benefit)


As far as the confidence in the modem, as provided many times, the requirements to list a product on the TMUS website are minimal. Yes, the product has to pass a certification, however, if you read the requirements to “partner” with TMobile, it requires very little and TMobile loses nothing of the product never sells.

What are the eligibility requirements to join?
“A new partner must be an established business with a Federal Tax ID and have a proven distribution model for the products/services/solutions they provide.”
Not exactly rigorous requirements......

As far as saying it, “works as advertised”, this can’t be supported.
Do you have any link to a review of the product by a reputable company?
Any review by a company who has used the modem and said it works as advertised?
So, how is it known that it works as advertised?

Likely delayed to the virus is just an easy excuse. Keep in mind the virus didn’t impact business until almost the end of March, which means Q1 is fully represented. When sales show zero for that quarter, which will be shown in about 3 weeks, then what? Q2 and Q3 will be virus excused, so basically a year from the agreement with TMobile, which was 10-7-19, and there will be zero revenue from it?

Then we could debate why companies who need this modem wouldn’t be buying it now, for production as soon as things open up again, but that would be fruitless.

If the virus is going to be used for the next year, as the excuse for why there are no sales, the technology will once again be obsolete by the time the virus excuse can’t be used anymore, and this modem can join SkiQ on the shelf.

2.5 years of excuses already for why there hasn’t been one success from SRMX, and clearly that will continue for a while.
