They actually have a series of things to take care of - financials, share structure, marketing, etc.

Let’s see how they execute with the new ceo, Kelso. Looks like they may have the needed financial support to make things move.

Ps. This is the same Kelso, who is the lawyer for $TSOI, who also penned the agreement between $TSOI and the marketing company by college students. So, I think there is more going on that we see, right now.
