Agreed. I also think Govt Grant PR will come this week, may be tomorrow.

I had expected Citron would play this again, but not until stock reach $19-20. It appears they guessed or knew big news come up really soon, so they have to make the move today.

My family is investing into this, and I had told them Citron's play will not work this time.

Govt Grant PR will be short sell killer.
