Seems like common sense, no? How else, (they have no cash to buyback shares nor is any angel investor stepping up to inject large amounts of cash), can they reduce significantly the huge number of O/S. There’s just no way in hell you can generate enough revenue for the stock price go to multiple pennies with this amount of shares. Till they do everything else they do is purely academic. Josh knows this. He has himself commented on the onerous number of O/S and made several statements that it would be addressed. Let’s see how he plans to do this. After all, he has promised he’ll increase value beyond all previous levels.
