New perspective: Judge Sweeney's ruling favoring some derivative and no direct claims effectively kills Moelis and any JPS to common conversion deal. The RRR process will be common share driven, a private Board will be required to sell new IPO/SPO common shares and JPS will have to settle their suits for WAY less than they hoped for, IMO.

Ackman wins. Berkowitz loses.
