This PR certainly makes DECN and Berman look worse now that we know the details. For one, he just got caught lying that the SEC had not been in contact with him and for two, after 2 fact finding missions, they decided this needed shutting down.

Do any of the blind defenders still have the will to defend that?

Remember rule #1 in pennyland. Don't fall in love with a stock.

Rule #2. No Pooftans!

I'm not a blind defender, so maybe this doesn't count.

1st - please provide reference to first claim that KB ever said that the SEC had not been in contact with him. Some people posting on this board claimed to have called a number and that the suspension notice came as a complete surprise, to which KB affirms in his PR. So first, we have a statement on this board that someone talked to someone about the situation and that person, whomever it was said the suspension was not expected. hmmm, second hand, unreliable knowledge from which we put different words into KB's mouth. To my knowledge, KB has never stated that the SEC had not contacted him or the company. No discussion about such was ever even raised as a topic in his PRs, so please let's get some real evidence first.

2nd - after the SEC interviews, they didn't "shut down the company", they suspended trading for 10 days to "protect investors" from potentially misleading information, i.e. that DECN has produced a test kit that works and that they plan/expect to sell millions of them.

Let the SEC think what they want regarding that. I'm not worried about their opinion if the FDA testing results say it works. I don't know whether it works or not, but I'm waiting for the data in order to make my final opinion.

If that makes me blind, so be it. Being blind to a lot of nonsense can be a good thing.

Let's wait and see if it works. If it doesn't then the SEC had valid reason to take action, although I don't know how they could possibly know whether or not it works - they don't, they claim that the phrase "technology perfected" warrants severe and egregious misinformation. If it works, all will be well in the end.
