I read some of the info provided by Citron regarding their short position and $1 price target. They probably did not know that Gates, DOD, Cramer, NBC News... would be giving a lot of publicity to INO and potential for a covid vaccine.

They need to get some negative press out before they get margin calls.

We will see at what point they will need to start covering. Real bad timing on their part.
