Finally! I had been watching the latest Berman insanity and had enough of it! I am well aware that the FDA and SEC don't typically have the resources to spend time on Pink sheets, but for the past several weeks, I've been writing to both the SEC and FDA, pleading for them to step in and stop this DECN insanity.

Despite being resource challenged, and despite the virus's impacts on all organizations availability, they managed to finally look into this POS and step in! That SHOULD speak volumes that they did this in this environment!

Kudos to the SEC! Well done! Hope the other shoe drops soon!
