ACCR is ready for a Market Maker to sponsor. I signed and filled out the FORM 211 a few pages ago. ACCR was the victim of a naked spiral death convertible debenture...and today we have ZERO DEBT.



All I do, is try to structure ACCR for a 1-for-10 REVERSE SPLIT once my CEO Stephane gets off his rump and FUNDS our agreement. I only will do the reverse split once FUNDED. MY CEO has until Friday, May 1, 2020....otherwise the deal is off. I am not funded yet:

I filed all of our past SEC reports. I made this decision in June 2018...and then we were picked up by a MM UNSOLICITED in the pink no info on 10/18/2019. We trade unsolicited.

I have a plan to re-IPO ACCR shares on the NYSE....TRUST IN ME.....I have a brilliant plan to get us there...the right way...via a classic 1-for-10 reverse merger....NYSE will be happy for the business. I sent emails to the NYSE on 4/12 to reserve the ACCR symbol on the Exchange. I sure did.

I am honest, and a good CFO. I have guarded the ACCR treasury all these years, and I see my Capital Situation improving very well soon.
