Now, we wait for the DOJ to come to Professional Criminal STEVE BRICKNER for a "chuckling chat" now that the SEC has settled its case. Unless the IRS beats them to serve Stevarino first.
Tax evasion, money laundering, wire fraud, mail fraud, securities fraud, embezzlement (State of Florida and interstate (Federal rap) both apply), structuring, violations of 18 USC 1001 on Federal filings (SEC, IRS), and General Douchebaggery.
Just a few of the remaining "issues" that Stevarino will have to deal wiff in the coming months and years.
