I believe their fate is dependent on whether they are accepted by the FDA for their antibodies test. Everyone in the country has been given a reprieve on filing taxes. If their test is approved then the government will give them a break on filing to allow them to work on the issue at hand. If test is not approved the SEC will get to decide. IMHO
I guess we find out next week. Any word on FDA approval for Arrayit.
