That stuff isn’t reliable and doesn’t show the whole picture. The company I work for was around that percentage with 500+ employees.
Good and happy employees don’t go on that forum to give positive responses. Most of our employees have been working with us for over 15 years and happy.
Most, not all, of the new generation of workers (younger) think they’re owed something, and have no idea what it means to work for something... then when they don’t think their getting what they “deserve” they’re quick to go to some outlet to complain because they all feel everyone cares about what they think....

It’s amazing to see it all.

You posting that about TLSS doesn’t mean much and only tells a small part of the story. And is just used because it’s beneficial to your point
