Sharp's beef is the known promoter who is pumping this stock. The company has not publicly disavowed this. Instead, the company put out a PR that states they purchased "controlling interest" in a mask and gown company. While the PR may be accurate, it definitely suggests a bigger market than what they have.
That PR was a pump as it specifically chose words that gives the impression that the company owns a large share of the market. In reality, it is a small company that got a contract with a Danish company to produce gowns.
That is enough to halt the stock.
I personally think the company should get ahead of this by putting out an 8k stating that the business deal was made to help defeat the virus and is a small part of operations, but they have plans on doing their part. They should also specifically call out the promoters (were they paid to promote this stock?) and deny any connection. If they don't... my bet is with George.
